Meet Dupe Ige Kachi | #GGTQ2023

Dupe Ige Kachi is a gospel music minister, songwriter, vocal coach and performer of repute whose singing career has spanned over three decades.

She has been singing since she was seven years old and went on to study electrical/electronics engineering at the University of Lagos, Nigeria; music, ministry and worship have always been a part of her everyday life. Ige served as the Music Director of HOLY TRINITY LAGOS – an alternative orthodox Pentecostal mission in the city of Lagos. She is also the Convener of PROPHETIC WORSHIP ENCOUNTER, a bi-weekly worship and prayer meeting which is held both physically and online.

Ige’s purpose is to capture the essence of God and to ensure that power of God is demonstrably poured out with healing, deliverance and miracles occurring in the lives of those who listen to her music be it live or recorded.

Gospel Groove Talent Quest is a platform that helps to contribute to the social cultural growing music industry by helping to identify raw Gospel Talents, nurturing, developing and equipping them with the required skill, trainings and ethics of Ministry and launching them into MINdustry Professionals.
